Who runs Practical Dept
Practical Dept is operated by Audacity DOO, Dušana Vasiljeva 2, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. Company registration number (MB) 21697044, tax identification number (PIB) 112551030.
Polar is the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout. Prices, applicable tax and the final total are shown at checkout before you pay.
What you buy
A kit packages free, open-source skills, unchanged, with their licenses and credits, together with our setup, install script, recipe and example. You can use the kit for your own work and client work. You may not resell or republish our setup, recipe or example.
The skills inside belong to their authors and stay under their own licenses. Claude Code, a Claude plan and any third-party services are separate.
When you sign up, we store your email address, your language, which kit you asked about, and when you signed up. The list runs on our own server (Listmonk). Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Analytics
We count visits and a few anonymous actions with Umami: which pages are viewed, signups, clicks on the main buttons, which skills get opened, and catalog searches. Umami uses no cookies and stores no personal data. We never send your email, your IP address is not stored, and links are cut down to the page and any campaign tag.
If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is counted. There are no advertising pixels on this site.

Refunds
Every kit has a 30-day refund, no questions asked. Email hello@practicaldept.com within 30 days of buying, from the address you bought with or with your order number, and we refund the full price through Polar to your original payment method. This comes on top of your rights under consumer law.
